Product Description:
Cornell Mattress Durability Tester is suitable for internal springs, box spring mattresses and foam mattresses. Cornell mattress durability tester is used to test the long-term ability of bedding to resist cyclic load. The mattress durability tester includes a double hemispherical hammer head on a manually adjustable shaft. The force sensor is located on the indenter to measure the force applied to the mattress. The shaft is connected to an adjustable eccentric, which is rotated by a motor at a variable speed of up to 160 revolutions per minute.
Technical characteristics:
1. The moving speed of the putter is adjustable, about 160 cycles per minute
2. Adjust the stroke of the push rod on the mattress, the maximum force = 1025N, the minimum force = 22N
