XDB-F764 mattress roll tightness and durability tester
Product Description:
Suitable for Innerspring, Box spring mattress and Foam mattress. The Cornell type tester is used to test the long-term ability of bedding to resist cyclic loads. The machine includes a double hemispherical plunger head on a manual adjustment shaft. The force sensor is located on the indenter to measure the force applied to the mattress. The shaft is connected to an adjustable eccentric, which is rotated by a motor at a speed of up to 100 cycles per minute.

2. Adjust the stroke of the push rod on the mattress, the maximum force = 1025N. Minimum force = 22N
